I have been a dog and cat groomer for over 12 years. i am also cpr canine certified. i worked for a big chain store for many yeara, but. my passion is for the animals not making grooming dogs or cats like a factory. i am very good with animals, even the most challenging ones. I DO NOT believe in muzzles, i feel it stresses them out more than they already are. I do have references upon request. I absolutely love working with animals. It gives me great satisfaction grooming and making your pet feel fabulous.

Barbara was very confident, professional and comfortable with our little Maltese. We didn't know how our Juliet would react, but Barbara put us at ease, along with our pet. She did a wonderful job grooming our dog. Our family was more than pleased with her work. I will hire her again.

Writing a review for the hiring... I made an appointment but I had to cancel because my 14 yo dog spent the day at Tufts Animal Hospital. I cancelled 3 hours before the appointment and offered to pay for the cancelled appointment and for a new appointment. She won’t return calls, so I can’t even rate her on the actual job. Old dogs need groomers too.

I was in the hospital at the time I had surgery when I did call you back you said you were all set. I have nothing against any kind of animal I love them all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t own a mobile van. My opinion is it is stressful and could ruin the grooming experience. I groom right in your home in the comfort of the client and pets environment. Some even hold their pets to comfort them. It is a win win situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a bather was trained to become a groomer I then became a grooming manager To many different stores in the New England area. Then I was trained to teach professional grooming.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion has always been with animals. I love giving pets haircuts and especially making their owners happy with my services.
