- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial Consultation fee is $300 for the first groom and a follow up bath within 4 weeks of the initial appointment. We offer maintenance schedule discounts for clients who pre-book within a specific time frame based on the individual pet's needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are currently accepting new cat client applications. If they are a new client we will email them to answer any and all questions the client has. Please note, with the shortage of qualified help we are often on the road and will not answer a phone or respond to messages as each pet is our top priority. We have dedicated office hours on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified groomers who have a combined 25 years working as professionals. They have monthly continuing education and are required to be certified in pet CPR each year. Our groomers learn holistic techniques to put the pet's emotional well being first and how to create a positive experience.
