We strive to keep our pricing as transparent and simple as possible, with no fees or upcharges unless discussed before the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go over any job with the customer and agree upon a fair price before the start of any work, whether its for regular cleaning or mold remediation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have IICRC certifications for Carpet, upholstery, and tile. As well as water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and crime & trauma cleanup. The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries.
