Initially the project went well, however work was not finished properly and false promises were made about correcting the issues. Less than one month after job was supposedly completed and paid for, vinyl is coming off of the house, aluminum work installed improperly, and multiple attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. It is at the point where filings with the Contractor Board, and Attorney General's Office are being made as this issue remains unresolved. I was promised a completion date of repairs and the company did not meet that deadline or return calls, texts, and emails. Extremely unhappy with the list of excuses that I was fed, the false promises, and ultimately the no show after they were paid. Additionally, I was presented with a written quote that was agreed to. Once work began, I was told that it would be an additional $3000 for the work previously quoted.

thanks for the review, it is true in the beginning of the project we had a rocky start and some misunderstandings but by the end of the project all issues were rectified to costumers satisfaction and both parties had a happy parting. thank you for your business brandon.

Make 3 phone calls and With there were 2 brothers. Made appointment for 11am for days later which on that morning I called to confirm. They guarenteed they would be at my home. 2 hours went by and nobody showed. I called again said they were running late but would still come. Another 2 hours went by no phone call no show. People please be aware they are not reliable. Cannot beleive they are still in business. Unhappy person in Johnston, R.I.
