FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of operators out there that advertise full computer repair services and years of experience, but whose knowledge is limited to basic component replacement and running a virus scan on your computer. They often charge outrageous rates knowing that it costs $150 for Best Buy just to look at your computer. We would love to have your business, but above all, we recommend that you do your homework - check out the Better Business Bureau for bad reports, and ask for and talk to references. Keep in mind though that most companies will only give you references to their favored clients or friends and family posing as clients. Try asking them about the types of problems they had and the fixes the company applied to filter out the fakers from true clients. Our clients always know what their computer's diagnosis was and what solution was provided and we give them that in writing.
