First of all, I would recommend frank to anyone and will definitely hire him again for future projects. He did an excellent job on my house and was easy to work with. He was easy to get in contact with, kept me informed with what was going on, and was very friendly. He had no problems with answering questions that I may have had about the current job or even future projects that I would like to do. If you're searching for someone to work with frank is your guy.

Frank, Rebuilt my back deck it is approximately a32X20 two tier deck with two steps with gates and handrail with pickets and lattice for under pinning. The deck also has half covered metal awning supported with metal post. Frank is very professional does what he says he is going to do, for the price he tells you up front, plus goes the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with his work. He is actually preparing a cost estimate for me on replacement window and some indoor remodeling. I am a project manager for a larger industrial contractor and I would hire him in a minute if I knew would come work with me. He is also an Army Veteran and proud to have served his country. Frank did not ask one time for a partial payment and only required payment when he completed the deck. Top notch contractor and person. I highly recommend.
