Mark Ballard contacted me after I explained that I would need to replace my carpet with hardwood flooring. He offered competitive pricing and only charged for labor, which made it easier for me to adjust my cost with purchasing the actual flooring. He was able to have someone to my house in a week (the day before Christmas Eve) and he walked me through all the items needed, to complete the task. Charles Hall was the contractor who completed the job and he did a Wonderful Job!! He was very meticulous, took his time and even cleaned up the floors after he was done. He was able to complete 500+ft, in one day, and without rushing through the process. I would definitely recommend and use Mark Ballard and Charles Hall'so services again.
