We recently purchased a home and following some heavy rains discovered a large fixed pane window in the kitchen was leaking. Larry Elrod responded quickly to our Thumbtack request for assistance with a window repair. During our initial meeting, it was discovered that the window seal was also damaged so we placed an order for a new window. Larry continued to follow up with the window manufacturer to monitor the order and coordinated the delivery. Larry did an outstanding job on installing the window. During the installation, Larry discovered the original window was not installed correctly and had some parts of the wood frame cut away, and he also discovered window tape and house wrap was missing from the original window install. Larry went above and beyond to correct the situation. Our window no longer leaks and it looks great. We’ll definitely use Larry for more home improvement projects.
