I can’t ever put into words what Jessica did for me. I’d been in a 3 year depression, my living space was horrible. We spoke on the phone and she made me feel so comfortable, she left me with my dignity after seeing the mess that I needed her to clean. I cried all day at work knowing someone was going to see my room. She called and texted and did an AMAZING JOB!!! She’s a miracle worker, a true professional and caring Woman. Not only is she a good choice she is the only choice!!!!! I l adore you and thank u you oh for giving me my life back.

Arrived on time and proceded to clean very each of the apartment from base boards to ceiling moldings. Kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom cleaned to a shine. Would highly recommend you consider any of their cleaning services which are reasonable priced. I planned to the immediate future, thank you.

Amazing, amazing! It’s difficult for me to express how much of a lifesaver Jessica and her team were to me — when I called at the last minute needing much help preparing my very not neat/clean home (to say the least) for imminent company expected in a few short days. They came through in a big way and on short notice for a huge mess and made my house sparkling clean, and perfect for company. Understatement of the year is that my home was simply not tidy—it was very bad and they came in with grace and just helped me and took care of everything—leaving it sparkling and smelling good. The team, and particularly Jessica and Shannon, are superwomen, true professionals, cleaning extraordinaries and they clearly take pride in their work and cleaning. Not shy of hard work and deep cleaning. And not only were things disposed of, organized and sanitized during their service, but they took their time and paid attention to details, above and beyond expectations! I could not have asked for a better cleaning service or team. You can tell they enjoy what they do and are happy just to help you. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on standard cleaning or deep cleaning. Discounts apply to customers that will be weekly or bi-weekly. I do clean one time customers homes or even once a month customers as well. I believe I have pretty reasonable pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would usually communicate through phone, messaging, or e-mail pertaining to what areas in their home that's needing some attention. If i'm needed to come out and sit down one on one to speak about what's needed, i'm willing to do that as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been considered the "Clean Freak" of my family growing up. I would say that not only am I clean with my work and take all proper precautions to stay sanitized, i'm very organized as well. That's something that I think is very important. I can reorganize a whole room that is a clutter mess and clean it at the same time. Some people have an eye for it and some people can look at a fully loaded room and freeze up without any knowing of which part to start first. With that being said you already know who the friends and family call when they are needing a little cleaning and reorganizing done.
