Kathy Clark was professional and on-time. Kathy was meticulous in her cleaning and asked several times if we needed anything else cleaned. This was the first time our hardwood floors were so clean in nine years!! Kathy will be cleaning every two weeks for us! BTW she was very reasonably priced unlike other folks who wanted payment of time driving to and from their residence, added to the cleaning "hours"!
