The next day in the light I realized this. As soon as I brought it to Ivan’s attention he immediately said they would be be out the next morning to correct any issues. As promised they showed up the next morning and worked another 1/2 day to ensure that I was 110% satisfied with their work.
THAT is customer service! I will absolutely use Washer Brothers again! These guys have been awesome to work with and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.
