I always pay attention to detail! Before "home-staging" was a thing, this was actually part of my everyday practice. Making the house look its best, whether that be from me helping clients to re-arrange their current furniture and doing minor updates to get their home perfect for showing or actually moving in furniture temporarily to get the top dollar. We are a full service firm, we offer Property Management along with Residential and Commercial Sells. We use top of the line software for owners and tenants. This software helps with screening clients on a national level not just a local level. We also have the capability of accepting clients payments online and paying via direct deposit if they prefer.
