I answer the phone and respond to emails personally and in a timely manner.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I currently hold a real estate license and a member of numerous associations related to my field. I attend seminars and take courses annually to gain the knowledge required to stay current with the market place and the ever changing laws that govern us.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Over time, I've accumulated properties of my own and managed them very successfully. This included vacation rentals in Cape Cod, Residential properties acquired over the years and commercial buildings that I invested in. Prior to going into property management, I was a bank executive dealing with real estate lending.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I suggest to compare companies and get referrals. What looks good on the websites is not always what you're getting. Remember, this is your asset and you want it managed by a professional with the resources needed.
