Huge thanks to Joe at All Plumbing in Charleston! During a recent termite inspection, we were alerted to a leak in the hot water line under our kitchen sink. I immediately called All Plumbing and they had someone at our house in less than 24 hours.Joe quickly assessed the issue, clearly explained the problem, and provided a price before starting the repair. He fixed the leak in about an hour and a half and was incredibly professional and efficient.What I appreciated most was that he also pointed out that the subflooring had softened due to the leak. Catching that now will help us address another issue before it becomes a much bigger problem.The entire experience was fantasticfrom my initial call with Staci in the office (who was so helpful when I emailed photos) to Joes expertise and friendly service.We are so grateful for the quick response and professionalism.
