Akira's service for my refrigerator was absolutely perfect. He was prompt, found the problem right away, and gave me a decent estimate. They had a tech here within an hour or so of our calling in the problem. It was a tricky situation involving a new dryer and the exhaust pipe. We needed someone to just come and make sure our exhaust pipe was optimal and functional and not hook it up. Our very friendly tech assured us he could hook it up for us but understood the company we ordered from insisted on having one if there people to install(which has taken over a week, and is already paid for). I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs help with a handyman type situation.
