Ed responded quickly after initially contacting him when our ice maker stopped working. He came the next day to diagnose the problem. After performing all the diagnostic checks, Ed determined the problem was most likely the circuit board and advised us of the high cost of replacing it. As a result we decided we may need to replace the refrigerator in lieu of replacing the circuit board. We appreciate the time Ed spent testing all the components that could be the problem and appreciate his honesty. We will call Ed again when we need repairs to our other appliances
