I will begin this review to suggest anyone that needs help with their appliances please call Ed. He responded right away when I posted on Tinder, was here the next day and then ordered the part to return here when it was available. The cost of repair was reasonable. He worked with me on my office schedule so that he could come and accommodate us. Once he got here with the new part for the washer he had it done in 30 minutes. It was a Samsung washer needing repair. He definitely checks all of the boxes if you need repairs. Will certainly be calling Ed again for any help/recommendation with our appliances.

Ed is phenomenal! He reached out to me ASAP and was able to fit me in on the same day. He immediately diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and was able to repair our dishwasher. We will absolutely use him again if we ever run into appliance issues.
