Ed was a consummate professional. He was on time, responsive and great customer service. I have a UltraFresh Vent System 4.8-cu ft Stackable Smart Front-Load Washer (Sapphire Blue) ENERGY STAR. Ed came in evuated what the issue was, we ordered the part and it did not work but instead of overselling me a dream on what it could be he refunded my money and gave me other options. This was all after I had another well known company come in and left my washer in worst condition then it was. Ed fixed there mess also. I can't say enough about how professional he was. Although the issue was not fixed the experience with Ed was Great!! I would highly recommend him!!
