I called Richard Hobbs after a month of work being done and told him that my yard still was not level and grass was not growing. I further stated that the top soil was poor. It had a great deal of sand and wood in it. He said he would take care of the problem and asked me if I would purchase more top soil. I told him I had already paid for that. He said he would not leave me hanging. He has, my yard does not show that I paid him $4500.00. It really is not any better than before I wasted my money.
