Introduction: I am Chef Caroline Campbell. I have been joyfully cooking in restaurants for 10 years. Since becoming a Private Chef and Caterer, I have been lucky enough to share my love for food in a more personal atmosphere, and on my mobile wood-fire grill! Without compromise, I use local, seasonal ingredients to drive my menu. Cooking them with love, soul, and utilizing the knowledge of many different cultures passed on to me these many years. Hence the name Street Food. It is approachable, colorful, delicious, simple, and thoughtful.

I told Caroline that I wanted to host a memorable Low Country supper for about 10 guys who were in town for my bachelor festivities and MAN did she represent! Everything was exceptional... quality of food, presentation, clean-up, value. She even prepped a killer breakfast for us with heating instructions - clutch on the morning after a night of overzealous consumption. On behalf of our entire group, hire her!

Caroline is an amazing chef. She has cooked for me twice at bachelorette party/girls weekends. She is so easy to work with and created a great menu, accommodating a vegetarian and shell fish allergy. She is so thoughtful - she lets you enjoy the dinner without taking over and intruding. And she comes with all the goodies she needs and leaves the kitchen spotless when she done.
