- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always make a point to provide upfront pricing prior to performing any repairs to allow the homeowner to make an informed decision. I do not charge an hourly rate, but rather for the job as a whole.

perform a full inspection and give them a full review on the age and efficiency of their system and give maintenance recommendations
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
unversal EPA certification. 2 year degree in HVAC Mechanics
