John, the owner, was easy doing business with. Reasonable price, quick installation. His crew left a mess on my deck, but John would not accept final payment until i was happy with the cleanup. I would use his services again.

John did a wonderful job on fixing an opening in the a-line on our roof on short notice. His price was extremely affordable and fair in comparison to other estimates we got. His work is quality and holds up over time. He's fixed 2 different things on our roof now and we would definitely call him the next time we need him!

I did a google search for deck replacement which took me to Thumbtack. I looked at the websites and decided to go with Deaville. I left a message on line and he replied promptly so we set up a time for the estimate. He was on time looked at my deck gave me an estimate right there. We scheduled a delivery time for the materials. There was only one glitch when the materials I wanted were back ordered. As soon as John received my order we made arrangements for the work to begin. My home is on the older side so when Termites were discovered he texted me and sent pictures. We ended up paying a bit more but it was worth it. We LOVE our deck. Thanks John and crew I definitely will use this company again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and to get a fair estimate I prefer to visit the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer, ask about the roofing problem they may have, I do a roof inspection, I write an estimate, then I propose what needs to be done along with the materials we will use. For Decks we set an appointment. I come out and discuss what the client wants to do, measure and talk about materials and will send a detailed estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built with Weiland Homes in Atlanta 30 years ago and then went off on my own.
