John, the owner, was easy doing business with. Reasonable price, quick installation. His crew left a mess on my deck, but John would not accept final payment until i was happy with the cleanup. I would use his services again.

The owner is a very pleasant, professional man who gave me a very fair price for the roof repair. He showed me the photos of where the problems were and then sent me photos of the completed repair which were helpful in understanding why I had a leak.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different and to get a fair estimate I prefer to visit the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer, ask about the roofing problem they may have, I do a roof inspection, I write an estimate, then I propose what needs to be done along with the materials we will use. For Decks we set an appointment. I come out and discuss what the client wants to do, measure and talk about materials and will send a detailed estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I built with Weiland Homes in Atlanta 30 years ago and then went off on my own.
