What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Family Law matters we charge an hourly rate. For criminal matters we charge a flat fee. We will work with our clients to keep within their budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by sending a detailed questionnaire to each prospective client to get a firm grasp of the legal situation that they face. We then meet for approximately an hour to thoroughly discuss the facts at hand and what legal fees may be needed to accomplish the client's goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been handling family law and criminal cases since 1994. We have nearly 40 years of combined experience litigating on behalf of our clients.
