- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quoted price will include the purchase of the set amount of photos discussed in the quote in high resolution and the sitting fee, taxes and shipping is not included in this price. I sell other products that may be purchased such as albums, prints, canvases and more. The price quoted is only valid if within 30 miles of 29492, additional travel fees may be added for locations outside of the 30 miles. Price can also change if a location requires admission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you book with me we will choose a date and time. I am a natural light specialist so I try to shoot all my sessions during the "golden hour," starting sessions 2 hours before sunset. If the afternoon time does not work I will also do sessions at sunrise. I use a sunset/sunrise calculator to determine what time we will begin the session on your chosen date. Once we have settled on a date and time, there is a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure that date. Once the deposit is received the client will receive an email of how to prep for their session as well as the portrait contract.
