This was my very first time using the thumbtack service. I was in search of a photographer and other services in the Charleston area for an event that I was planning and decided to use this platform. Victor was the first to respond. When I spoke with him, he was very personable and made me feel comfortable. When I shared my theme, he became very excited and I knew he would capture the perfect moments. His pricing also fit within my budget. Although we had to cancel our event in Charleston due to the corona virus, I did not know what to expect, but he was understanding and still very accommodating! He was even thinking of ways he could still provide services in GA because he was truly in sync with our theme. That is why I am giving him 5 stars even though I did not have the opportunity to meet him or utilize his services!

I don’t really know where to Begin. Victor and his wife Kim are both an amazing team that will capture your special moments in the most timeless, beautiful, amazing way. I hired Victor for my wedding day. I knew the moment I spoke with him on the phone that he was the best fit for my husband and I. His professionalism, honesty, and undeniable talent far surpassed my expectations. I had actually spoken to a few photographers before committing to hire Mr. Billups. I’m so extremely thankful, that I chose him and his wife Kim, to capture the beautiful moments of my special day even more so, now that we’ve seen all of our exquisite photos. I cannot say enough good things about working with Victor Billups photography. He provided his services for a corporate event in Charleston.
