- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of pricing is as custom as the work we do. However, any change order is a minimum of $50 and must be approved by our clients. Additionally, our minimum per day fee is $350 per day per professional and goes up from there based on the skill level required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always have a good time working with new customers. The start of a project is exciting for everyone. It is up to the professional to keep clear and realistic communication during the planning stage to ensure the project stays exciting through the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our main focus and training has been wrapped around fine woodworking, but it has morphed into outdoor custom structures. We love the outdoor work and our attention to focus from fine woodworking has suited us very well in the exterior structure arena. It is fun to timber frame and build the things we do now. We love it.
