Sweet Rhi catered my wedding as well as made my wedding cake. My wedding was in Asheville, NC. She did an amazing job on the presentation and the food was excellent. Rhiannon went above and beyond, by paying extra attention to detail, adding a beautiful artistic touch to everything that she made. She is a true culinary artist and you can see and taste her passion with every bite!!

Sweet Rhi did a cake for my wedding it was beautiful and tasted devine!! I have been to another wedding she catered and she also did the cake and other desserts. Her display of the food was beautiful and the food was equally as tasty! Her cakes are a step above the rest!!! They taste as Good as they look not bland And plastic like others I've tasted. She was so pleasant and easy to work with! Wouldn't choose anyone else for any wedding/catering/personal chef needs!

I hired Chef Rhiannon from Sweet Rhi for my wife's 40th birthday dinner party and couldn't be happier with everything she provided (food, service, communication, etc.)! She was easy to contact throughout the process and worked with my wife and I to help put together an amazing 4 course menu. She then sourced everything from the local farmers market and other local farms providing organic ingredients whenever possible. The food was delicious and all of our guests raved about it. She even provided cupcakes for our kids (on the house), put together a beautiful write up of the menu for display to our guests, and cleaned up our kitchen when finished! I will not hesitate to contact Sweet Rhi again if we need a personal chef or any other culinary needs.

I hired Sweet Rhi without even tasting the desserts. I was planning a casual wedding in Charleston while living in Nashville. We were more than impressed with the service provided. The desserts were made as ordered and were delicious! My simple cake looked very elegant and my guests loved that we had leftover desserts for our beach house family dinner the next day:) I highly recommend Sweet Rhi!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients, to see what their wants, needs, desires and style are first. That way I can provide the best service when I know exactly what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classically French train in Culinary Arts. I graduated from AB Tech in Asheville, NC in 2003.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its in my blood, there was no way to escape it-both sides of my family cook. My Grandparents use to own a restaurant and bakery. I grew up on a farm, growing food, preserving it, and cooking with my family.
