- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients, to see what their wants, needs, desires and style are first. That way I can provide the best service when I know exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classically French train in Culinary Arts. I graduated from AB Tech in Asheville, NC in 2003.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Its in my blood, there was no way to escape it-both sides of my family cook. My Grandparents use to own a restaurant and bakery. I grew up on a farm, growing food, preserving it, and cooking with my family.
