- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Can be very flexible and work with the clients budget within reason while also making sure the work done is to their satisfaction! ***Our pricing also depends on whether materials are supplied by the customer or purchased by us. If we purchase the materials on your behalf, we require a signed agreement before starting the project and half of the project cost upfront and receive the other half at the completion of the job. This ensures fairness and protects both parties since we will already be financially invested in the job/project. However, if the customer provides the materials yourself, we are happy to complete the work without any formal contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to gather all of the details (i.e. completion timeline, budget, specific wants and needs, permits required, etc.) Clear communication from beginning and throughout the project and completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BridgePoint Solutions was started by Desmond Sigler, a proud Alumnus of The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina, created out of the work done with Tactical Realty Solutions and SEIC, two real estate investing companies where we specialized in buying, fully renovating, and selling single family homes as well as setting brand new mobile homes in the Charleston/Berkley County areas.
