- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all prices depend on the job but most of the time i brake the job up in to quarters the first quarter would be after demo day and as jobs get completed along the way i will get the next quarter then when it is all done i get the last check (will all be in the contract)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i will walk you though it all draw plans and a contract up so everyone knows whats all going on
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been around this business for many years my father was a licensed general contractor and now i am going to school to get my licenses as well
