I actually hired Co. for Handyman work not installation. Work was done not correctly: price was good, and he even responded to my call for service right away, so I didn't have to wait to have cool air. Follow-up work has been no existent. He keeps putting me off the fix the issue and ither repairs I was told he was going to perform. Not a happy camper. Pretty deplorable as he informed that he is a Veteran, and I am a wheelchair Disabled Veteran.

Terrible experience with pricing, but more importantly, all of the work Rob did had to be redone by another contractor. He overcharged and was dishonest.

Company contacted me and we established a date of Saturday March 16th to install a light fixture. He canceled. We established the next day. His dog got hit by someone. Yes, again canceled. He says he’ll be there Thursday at 9:30, as I work out of town. His guys show up 2 hours late and didn’t have proper ladder. They kept promising to come back that fat , the next and so on. I got a lot of I’m sorry. NOT A CREDIBLE COMPANY!! Beware!!!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer discounts, we work with many companies to be able to get lower prices. As well as we also send a percentage to the charity events in the area. So not only are you getting a great job but also giving back to your local community
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is not about pushing more work on you as most contractors like to do. We actually get pictures listen to what the customer is wanting to have done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education where to start I learned from the best all around while stationed in Japan with the marine corps took many wood classes to learn different techniques to perfect cuts and styles. As well as my family has been buying and flipping houses for years with a mother who is a Expert Interior designer and real estate agent as well as a professor in her field of expertise. my Father and grandfather always could fix anything so opened a antique/boutique shop and hasn't stopped redoing furniture and homes since. So all around have many years in the renovations field and new construction.
