I DO NOT GIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Nobody is perfect, 5 stars implies "leaves absolutely nothing that cannot be improved" But I cannot give 4 stars for this service, it was awesome. As I told Lisa in a voicemail the next day "there were places that were clean that we did not know were dirty" The house felt clean, smelled clean, was clean! I hope the next cleanings are on the same level which is a whole different game than merry maids, maid pure, and the other chains which have a checklist, but I always felt like they were just doing the checklist, not cleaning. This review is long overdue! Lise-Lotte and Robert have been maintaining my home for a year. I feel like I've died and gone to heaven. They are always on time, thorough beyond reproach and go above and beyond to accommodate any needs. Our home is a summer home and they oversea it when we are gone. - What types of customers have you worked with?We conduct an onsite assessment of your home or office to provide you with the best cleaning specifically customized for your needs. We focus on the details and take pride in the level of service that we offer. Our expertise is in homes and offices. We do not offer large scale commercial warehouse cleaning or floor resurfacing at this time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Always have a plan when the service provider arrives. Time is expensive so make sure they take care of what you think is important. If they did not make you happy, explain why and ask them to fix it. Plus, be sure that they are insured with at least a million dollars of liability. Accidents happen and when they do, make sure you are protected. Lastly, don't put up with people arriving late and then rushing through your house. We call this the "wipe and run." They rush through your home just to rush off to the next appointment. That never makes me feel important or that they value me as a customer.
