- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like customers to be aware that the price on the thumbtack is an estimate. I am able to give an accurate price after inspecting your homes the first time we meet. If you want to make an appointment for a quote, call me or send me a text message.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I always make an appointment for me to get to know the client's house to understand better their cleaning needs, once that is done, I send to them the estimate according to their needs and preferences!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the health area and in a way this helped a lot in my performance in the cleaning area.
