- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer should know that deep cleaning are more expensive that regular cleaning, appliances cleaning like refrigerator and oven ( inside cleaning) , windows cleaning and laundry are additional services, also the price vary depending on condition of the home, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom that is very dirty will be more expensive that one that is not that dirty bc will require more work, also the size of the house will determine the price of the services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the customer about the different services that we offer, the difference between those services and we recommend that the first cleaning always be a deep cleaning for better results. So customer will be able to see the difference and the quality of our service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of customer, I do my job always the same way giving my best it doesn’t matter to me if the project is $100.00 or $700.00. I always treat my customer and their home with a lot of respect.
