- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home is different so we adjust our price to the needs and condition of the home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We conduct an onsite assessment of your home or office to provide you with the best cleaning specifically customized for your needs. We focus on the details and take pride in the level of service that we offer. Our expertise is in homes and offices. We do not offer large scale commercial warehouse cleaning or floor resurfacing at this time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always have a plan when the service provider arrives. Time is expensive so make sure they take care of what you think is important. If they did not make you happy, explain why and ask them to fix it. Plus, be sure that they are insured with at least a million dollars of liability. Accidents happen and when they do, make sure you are protected. Lastly, don't put up with people arriving late and then rushing through your house. We call this the "wipe and run." They rush through your home just to rush off to the next appointment. That never makes me feel important or that they value me as a customer.
