Absolutely recommend. Punctual and very detail oriented. Pricing was competitive as well. I cannot recommend 360 Painting enough.

I hired 360 Painting to remove the popcorn ceilings, patch holes, and repaint some rooms at my place. The actual work turned out great. Marshall, Jessica and their crew did an awesome job, were very friendly, and made the ceilings and walls look great! I gave this job 3 stars solely because of the bad communication with Paul. I was told the ceiling job would take 5 business days originally. The first week, the painters showed up on Monday and Tuesday, and then didn’t show up the rest of the week. Not the painters fault, but it would have been helpful to know the days would not be consecutive. After adding patches into the job spec, just the ceilings were finally done after about 9 business days over a span of 2 weeks. I then waited an additional 8 days to get a final invoice so I could make the final payment. All in all, the work quality made it all worth the headache but if you’re on a timeline like I was, 360 Painting might not be for you.

Jessica and Tyler are one of his crews and their experience with faux painting, interior, and exterior repaints is remarkably out of this world. His crews are very punctual and professional. They are also very respectful and treat you as family and your home as their own. Paul and his team completed the outside of our house back in October 2020, and it was wonderful. The team was polite, professional and personable. We're not done with them yet, as we plan to have 360 Painting do the inside of our home as well. I like the fact that Paul will give you suggestions on colors schemes, and specific paints to get the best look and what paints work well with weather types, because as customers we wanted the best.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair with our pricing, and do not change based on the neighborhood which unfortunately I have seen other painters do. I do offer a military discount, so please let me know if you are active duty or have served in the past. I have excellent pricing on the paints we use, and we pass along those savings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to come out and evaluate your needs with you, and put together a comprehensive estimate for repairs and painting. We discuss colors and finish and give advice as needed. We can determine some problem areas depending on access. The same comprehensive information is given to the painters so they make sure everything is taken care of properly
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer and have had years of training and experience in coatings, and have had painters working for me for quite a few years as a plant engineer. I also had training for lead removal and certified. I am constantly looking for product solutions and get advice when needed for new applications.
