If youre considering having your home painted look no further Paint Rx is who you want to do your job. They are reasonable and excellent workmanship they dont miss any details they fixed nail pops I never saw. Theyre perfections at their work. We could not be happier with the professional painting job done by PaintRX. From the moment we first reached out every professional was courteous and prompt. If you've bought a new home recently I don't have to tell you what kind of finish paint job you receive. Our one year old home needed fresh, non-flat paint to make it look brand new. Louie and Rosie were fabulous. Meticulous, pleasant and always on time. They were able to repair the paint drips, etc. that the builder left us. You will not be disappointed if you choose to hire this fantastic company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a thorough walk through with your in our initial meeting to ensure we are on the same page with scope of work. We get accurate measurements and make our proposals very detailed and precise. We never come back and ask for more money because we "missed" something in the estimate.
We generally provide the paint in the estimate, but we are happy to use paint provided by the homeowner if that's preferred.
We offer a 10% discount to military and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it pretty simple. We prefer to have a quick phone call prior to coming out to gain a basic understanding of the project. We will then show up on time for our scheduled appointment and provide a detailed estimate on the same day. If the homeowner accepts, we will then schedule the work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We work with Sherwin Williams and Spectrum Paint, both of whom provide great resources for our customers. We are also a member of the PCA and are focused on continuous industry specific learning and improvement.
