FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range a bit depending on several factors: how often a person trains, whether or not they prefer one-on-one or semi-private personal training, and whether or not they need one-on-one nutritional guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go through an evaluation that highlights a clients strengths as well as weaknesses when it comes to movement. Then the client is presented with a program that addresses fitness needs and concerns, as well issues that may have arisen from the evaluation. Programs are followed for a specified period of time and then progressed to make sure clients move towards their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise and Sport Science. I am certified through several accredited national organizations: National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sport Sciences of America, Functional Movement Systems, as well as the American College of Spots Medicine. I am currently studying for the most comprehensive training certification in my field: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
