FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are as follows: $40/hour for individuals and $50/hour for couples. Prices vary for small group workouts and will be quoted as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a fitness assessment which focuses on daily movements so that I can determine any weaknesses or focus areas that your body may need as a baseline to start strengthening. New clients also complete a health form detailing any medical/injury history as well as daily lifestyle habits so that we can determine the best plan of action moving forward. And new clients should have one or two specific goals that they want to accomplish during our time together. In most cases I usually train myself out of a job as clients reach their goals and begin working out on their own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified by the American Council on Exercise for individual and group personal training. This is a nationally accredited program. I'm also certified as a wellness coach through the International Association of Wellness Professionals which focuses on nutrition and the psychology of eating habits. I also teach barre part time at a local studio.
