Hi! I'm LeeAnn, owner of Chucktown Art, a photography & creative services company. I love helping entrepreneurs gain visibility and trust in front of their target audience so they can turn potential clients into paying clients! I specialize in photography, social media marketing, & graphic design (logos!) — making it easy to work with just one professional on many of your creative needs + those annual family photo shoots. ;) I recognize that photography is not one size fits all, and am able to work with you to make sure we capture your perfect shot. LeeAnn went above and beyond what I could ever hope to expect from a photographer. I hired her to shoot my engagement photos, and she was nothing but a professional the entire time, and provided superior service. I asked LeeAnn if she would be able to hide along the beach to capture the moment during a horse ride when I planned to surprise my fiancé with a proposal. Not only did LeeAnn keep it a secret, she didn't complain when she found out she would need to hike in with all her camera gear on a day with rain showers 3 miles to the location on the beach and then keep herself hidden until the right time. She coordinated with the horse guide and made sure she was in the right place ahead of time, and made my life very easy. I am indebted to her for her superior work, and going far above what anyone could expect. The pictures were top notch and look amazing, My future bride was giddy when she saw them and truly loves the photos she took. Again thank you LeeAnn. My boys and I were new to the area and wanted pictures to remember the new change. With not knowing anyone it was hard to find someone, but LeeAnn with Chucktown Art was amazing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All quotes are pretax. SC tax is 9%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process really can vary based on each client's individual needs. I often start with a call to run through any questions/logistics, although this isn't necessary if you already have your details planned out. After the session, I upload images into a private viewing gallery through my website and your image selections will be professionally edited for you. Full versions of the finalized images are delivered via digital download (Dropbox).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training goes all the way back to high school - learning on 35mm film & manual developing in the darkroom! :) I have attended several professional courses between then and now to continue my education.
