FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out in a graphic design program at UCLA. Then I started working at a photography studio and got heavily into teaching myself. This is the best way for me to learn! I saw SO many problems with photos and I had to figure out a way to fix them. It eventually led me to become creative director.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been creative and artistic but never knew quite what to do with it. Graphic Design is the perfect field for me because I can blend other people's ideas or a photo that's already been taken with my creativity to make something fabulous.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Go with your gut! If you see something that speaks to you it doesn't matter why, just go with it. Also, be sure that you clearly let the provider know the style that you like best. If you just say I love your work, without specifying which particular image speaks to you, you're less likely to get the results you want.
