I can’t say enough positive things about Flavio! Truly, a gem in the contracting world. I purchased a very dated home, and dreamed of creating a bathroom vanity suite, but didn’t know how to get there. Flavio came to discuss the vision, referred me to a great countertop stone company, and remodeled everything to my liking. He went above and beyond helping out on small projects around the home that “stumped us” and even took on a challenge of building something custom for me. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to have him back for our next project.

The Delta Home Improvement team delivered on all I asked. The quality of their craftmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Flavio and his team took the time to understand the challenges with my current space and provided expert solutions to transform a 25 yr old bathroom into my dream oasis.
The crew worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruption day to day. They were trustworthy, skilled and took special precautions to protect my floors and furniture surrounding the area. Aside from initial demolition, I hardly knew they were there. They also did a superb job on clean up.
In addition, Flavio and his team were extremely patient with all my requests and last minute changes. I appreciated that Flavio understood my vision and maintained constant communication throughout the renovation. He stands by his work and his word. He truly wants to make his client fully satisfied with the end result.
It was clear I made the right choice and I plan on using Delta Home Improvement for the rest of my home projects.

What do you get when you combine a highly proficient contractor, surrounded by his team members, who are actually highly skilled artisans in their fields? You get " DREAM MAKERS"
and that is what they performed for me, in a record time: THREE weeks: TWO gorgeous bathroom remodels. I put my request in on Thumbtack, and within 5 minutes, Flavio Souza, the contractor and owner of Real Flooring LLC contacted me, and we set the appointment for the next day, and he arrived punctually, and we discussed some of my rough ideas I was thinking about. I initially only wanted to do my one bathroom because my medical need to have a walk-in shower and was going to see how everything went from there, and then do the second bathroom. He patiently devoted an entire day to meet with us to go our selections for tile, countertops, vanities, plumbing, and lighting. You name it, we covered every different category. We were so impressed with his ability to synchronize all these varied components, we agreed to go ahead and have him proceed with both bathrooms almost at the same time. His prices for both projects were so fair and reasonable, we mutually agreed upon the terms for both bathrooms to begin immediately. His crew proceeded into demolition mode, leaving no sign of my old bathroom. I was shocked and ecstatic because they did it in record time, so quietly and neatly, and really no sign of any mess. Everyone showed up on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. I had no worries, as Flavio seamlessly coordinated every single aspect of each project, as a real MAESTRO.
I have so often heard of stories where contractors ignore time and budget constraints, or just do not show up to complete their work. That was definitely not the case with Real Flooring. I was so fortunate to come across Flavio and his team, because when he said he would do something, he did it immediately, always a man of his word, which is so rare these days! I often felt that I was living in a "dream sequence" and that someone was going to awaken me, and everything was going to a shambles, but miraculously, everything was PERFECT!!! People who have seen my bathrooms are in awe, impressed, and often "blown-away." I have so much to be grateful for, and every day that I awaken, I cherish the nurturing and healing spaces that have been created for us. Thank you very much for your outstanding professionalism and exceptional expertise you have brought to these projects and my family. Words cannot even come close to all feelings and serenity that I have when I go into my bathrooms, they are works of art, our dreams have come true! Real flooring did a great job with my floors and Bathroom remodel. They were punctual polite and very hard working. They were accommodating to my specific and demanding request. I recommend their work.
