The Delta Home Improvement team delivered on all I asked. The quality of their craftmanship and attention to detail was impressive. Flavio and his team took the time to understand the challenges with my current space and provided expert solutions to transform a 25 yr old bathroom into my dream oasis.
The crew worked hard to make sure there was minimal disruption day to day. They were trustworthy, skilled and took special precautions to protect my floors and furniture surrounding the area. Aside from initial demolition, I hardly knew they were there. They also did a superb job on clean up.
In addition, Flavio and his team were extremely patient with all my requests and last minute changes. I appreciated that Flavio understood my vision and maintained constant communication throughout the renovation. He stands by his work and his word. He truly wants to make his client fully satisfied with the end result.
It was clear I made the right choice and I plan on using Delta Home Improvement for the rest of my home projects.

Flavio is very responsive, punctual, and did the work for a fair price. Great communication. Work was outstanding.
We had rotted subfloor in 800 square feet that needed to be removed and replaced. The estimate was clear and any additional charges were clearly stated. The timeline was very specific and they kept to it. All areas were cleaned up after. Would recommend to anyone. We will absolutely use Delta Home Improvement again. We were so impressed we asked for an estimate for our kitchen floors before they left.

Flavio was absolutely amazing to work with! We had a very short window for a bathroom renovation in a rental we own since the tenant was on vacation for a week and the house only has one bathroom. Project scope: demo old walls surrounding bathtub, place tile on the , replace tub plumbing, hang new mirror/light, and paint bathroom). He met me for the estimate, was in constant communication leading up to the start (photos of tile/grout, etc), and every day during the project. They finished a day early, and the work looked amazing. They cleaned up the project site fully, it was so great working with these guys. I'd 100% recommend Flavio and his team!

You can't rush perfection!! This has been such a great experience. The professionalism and the added attention given to detail had me in awe. The pictures speak for themselves. Can’t say enough about the level of service provided. Flavio fixed a shower tile floor issue created by another contractor. Original visit was with my with wife, he happily came back out to explain solution to me. Showed up the day he said he would and each day afterwards on time and zero mess any day to clean up. Will definitely use agin for future projects. Received pictures daily of the work process while not at home! Bonus.
