- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am happy to play for a variety of occasions as beautiful harp music adds to every event. Wedding ceremonies are a flat $350; my rates for hourly performance are $200 for the first hour and $100 per additional hour of playing time. (Christmas rates are higher because it is a high-demand season for harpists.) Please note a minimum deposit of 25% of the total amount is required when the contract is signed and certain circumstances may generate moderate additional charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I happily work with new customers through email, phone conversations, or video calls to iron out details of what exactly the customer envisions and to select the perfect combination of music for their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a harpist for over ten years, studying with both the harp instructor at Queen's University and the principal harpist of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. I have played with a myriad of ensembles at the University of South Carolina and worked one-on-one with composers to craft their harp parts.
