- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to the details of each event including guest count, duration, location, and level of service requested. We offer transparent quotes with no hidden fees, and every package includes setup, breakdown, bar tools, certified & insured bartender and signature drink menu planning. We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days prior to your event day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, guest count, and budget. Once we’ve discussed your needs, we’ll provide a customized quote and service proposal. After confirmation, our team handles the details from menu design and shopping list guidance to event-day setup, bar styling, and flawless service execution. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to ensure every detail is perfect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 30+ years of combined experience in bartending, hospitality, and event planning. We hold current TIPS, ServSafe certifications and liability insurance. Our expertise includes mixology training, responsible alcohol service certification, and extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails. We stay current with industry trends through continued education and professional development.
