I used Midland Stain to clean and stain my deck and screened porch. I enjoyed meeting a professional young adult in business for himself. He explained the process, gave me a written proposal and followed up with text and phone calls. I highly recommend his business! Theres nothing like witnessing a young person succeed. I enjoyed working with Odarious Samuel, of Midland Stain. He is very personable and was willing to explain the process he used to clean and stain my deck. His estimate of the cost was based upon careful measurements and was to my mind, very reasonable. On the day he was scheduled to begin, he arrived on time and went straight to work, putting in more hours than I expected him to and basically worked till sundown. His work ethic is excellent, as was the results. My deck looks great!Not only would I recommend his services to anyone who needs deck or fence cleaning/staining, I have already passed his contact info to some of my friends.
