- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to make our pricing as reasonable for the job at hand, for most events and weddings we look at things on an hourly base. We can also provide multiple photographers. We also can adjust what we are providing in some cases for discounts and we are always happy to discuss how to better accommodate our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know who we are working with. We usually schedule a phone consultation to discuss needs, venues or shoot locations and any other important specifics. We want to get a feel for what our customers need so we can make sure we get them taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of training and education through both school and our previous employer (we're talking over 14 years). With in school photography training as well as hands on individual, family and group portrait training. We have been focused and continue to invest in our education to stay current with trends and techniques as technology and styles shift and change.
