I’m a wheelchair user and desperately needed an electrical fix on a blown fuse. A neighbor flipped the breaker and hit the reset but nothing worked. JOAT was the only company that would come that day so I would be able to charge/use my vital adaptive equipment. They also charged NO service fee. After a few minutes, the electrician was able to easily fix the fuse breaker issue. They refused to accept any payment for the trip and work but I insisted. What a fantastic company that I will absolutely reach out to again when I need electrical work.

He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He listened to what I wanted as well as advising me with his knowledge of the job. The quality of his work was excellent, and he left his work area clean. We will definitely be using him again.

I was very satisfied with the work these 2 gentlemen did for me. I had 3 new outlets installed in my garage. They called me back right away, came the next morning to give me an estimate, and ended up installing the outlets the same day. Fair prices in my opinion!
