They sent two teams to clean our house that was vacant for several weeks after a move and repair work. Before they cleaned there was dust and dirt everywhere. It is very clean now! I should have called them to clean when we were still living there. The teams worked very quickly and thoroughly!

They do an excellent job! We have a dog that sheds like crazy, after the cleaners leave the house it looks fantastic. I love how pretty the master bed looks after they make it up. I am a very particular person. They leave me satisfied and happy.

The maid service personnel arrived at my home in a timely fashion. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had used this service and they did a walk through to get a feel for the work to be done. Then the leader assigned each member of the team to an area and they proceeded to do their work. They were efficient and thorough in their duties. They cleaned areas that no other service had done recently. They completed their work in a timely fashion and well. My home was clean when they finished and it smelled clean as well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size of the home and the type of floors etc. Each house is unique and so is our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recommend an on site visit(free, of course ) to your home. Quoting a price without seeing your home is a "shot in the dark" at best. We want to look at your home with you and discuss your concerns. It takes less than 30 minutes and our quote will be the most accurate available. A team of 3 trained maids will come to your door and begin clean immediately. We have a kitchen maid a bathroom maid and a dusting, floors and polishing maid
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maids attend "Maid University" on line training and clean under supervision for 2 weeks before being added to a cleaning team. We are continually updating and reviewing training.
