Site Inspection Evaluation: We’ll assess the current condition of the surfaces, identify any needed repairs, and note any challenges that might arise. Measurement: We’ll take accurate measurements to provide a precise estimate. Detailed Estimate Transparent Pricing: Based on the measurements and scope, we’ll provide a detailed written estimate, including the cost per square foot and any additional services. Timeline: We’ll outline the expected timeline and ensure it aligns with your schedule. Q&A and Agreement Clarifications: We’ll answer any questions you have and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan.
