- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable most times. Pricing will change if work is added/removed. If I am providing materials for job, a deposit will most likely be required. No more than 30%. No estimate fee unless job is over 60 miles from my location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in contact with customer to schedule an appointment to view project and come up with an estimate, if all is good we will set a date to start job and talk over the process and what is expected of both sides. After job is completed we do a final walk through and make sure the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over 7 years of painting experience and have a few years of drywalls and remodeling experience. Overall 10+ years of experience.
