Patrick pays attention to what I am doing and makes sure my form is correct to avoid injury. He also pays attention to the results I am looking for and the exercises I am interested in performing.

I am currently still working with Patrick. My experience has been good. We do out door field training to prepare me for the military 3 times a week. He knows so many different type of ways to work you out to get the results you want. Very knowledgeable about his job. You can tell he loves it. My weight started dropping right away. I am very happy with the trainer I picked and my experience. Two thumbs up!

1. The first step is to consult and evaluate our clients physical ability. 2. They will be asked to further discuss their goals and objectives. 3. Then we will discuss their goals and objectives with them. 4. One we have agreed on time and dates, we then move to establish a scheduled working relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, through International Sport Science Association (ISSA) Red Cross first AID, CPR and AED
